AIDA belongs and contributes to the "Rete di Reti" [network of networks] project promoted by Gian Piero Scanu, Under Secretary of State for Reform and Innovation in the Public Administration.

The aim of this project is to foster cooperation and exchanges of ideas between the Public Administration and local development agencies in order to create an effective network of development operators.

The RETI DI RETI strategy and action plan are laid down in a protocol agreement signed on 8 June 2007 by AIDA, ANDIGEL (the network of General Local Administration Directors), FERPI (Italian Public Relations Federation), AISLO (Italian Association of Meetings and Studies on Local Development) and by the Under Secretary of State for Reforms and Innovation in the P.A.
